Tuesday 19.00

Coaches Speed session, ideal sessions for increasing speed & speed endurance. Sessons include long & short reps & hills. On or Off road. (Level 2 Coaches in attendance)

Wednesday 18.30

This run is an informal one at a steady pace which is particularly suitable for those returning from injury.
Note: 1st Wednesday in each month is a coached session & includes faster work to encourage members to attend our other sessions on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Meet outside the club house. Come ready to run.

Thursday 19.00

Longer Threshold Run, usually 6 to 9 miles in length depending on group size & ability. This session is ideal for those wanting to improve on endurance.

Sunday 8.00 - 9.00 Informal Run - Bring your own drinks. This is usually a long slow distance run (LSD) & can be anything from 10 to 12 miles. Usually meets at the club at 8.00am
