About Our Club
Idle A.C. is a friendly, active club, which provides regular training opportunities for runners of all abilities. We meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6.30pm outside the Hepworth & Idle Cricket Club on Westfield Lane, leaving at 6.40pm. There is a positive, friendly training ethic and the Tuesday session is run by a qualified coach. The club has a good balance of both road and off road runners, with a Committee who meet on a regular basis. Please feel free to come along and check us out!

| Benefits of Membership | • Affiliated to UK Athletics • Affiliated to the North of England Athletic Association • Reduced Race entry fees (Currently @£2.00 per race) • The club currently has one entry to the London Marathon which we select by a draw. All money raised by the club is used to run the club for its members. Accounts can be inspected by any members at the AGM. |
